My multitasking brain loves transparent consoles. It is somehow soothing. Due to some bug or missing feature in qubes graphic system, only konsole's in dom0 can handle transparencies. In an app-vm, I get "This color scheme uses a transparent background which does not appear to be supported on your desktop" ,
But transparencies work, when I move the konsole. I got to googling (on duckduckgo) and there is a workaround that works great.
You simply do step 4 (step 1 - 3 not needed) for each konsole in each running app-vm you run konsole's in. Then, you get transparent konsoles!!! And it survives reboots etc. Anyway step 4 from https://askubuntu.com/questions/649027/how-do-i-make-a-window-transparent-in-kde
